Team beRecruited.com Competes in 2004
Treasure Island Triathlon in San Francisco San Jose, California -
September 19, 2004
Team beRecruited.com had three representatives
in the Tri-California Treasure Island Triathlon held on Treasure Island, San
Francisco on November 6th and 7th.
Competing for team beRecruited.com was founder Ryan Spoon and members Juan
Valdivieso and Stephen Chang. Juan Valdivieso placed 5th in the men's 29 and
under division - winning the swim leg by over one-minute.
The Tri-California Treasure Island Triathlon was an Olympic distance triathlon
with a 1.5K swim, 28 mile bike, and 10k run. The entire event took place on
Treasure Island, which is located right off of San Francisco's coast and across
from Alcatraz and Angel Island.
