Personal Highlights

Performs as a Coach with local special needs basketball program working with autistic children and their parents to help young special needs children learn to love sports and physical activity.

Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I want to compete at the highest athletic level possible and expand my level of knowledge to facilitate a bright future with opportunity for me to make my mark on the world.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

On the field I lead by example, play every play 100%, and have been rewarded by selection as team MVP (freshman), 2nd team all league (Varsity Sophomore) and by being a positive team player in the dugout and clubhouse.
Off the field I lead by example by maintaining personal high academic standards and helping my teammates with their academics when they need help.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I eat well, sleep allot, maintain a consistent workout schedule to build and develop my body all while honing my skill sets in both football and baseball.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I volunteer each year with "Shooting Stars" special needs basketball program as a coach and player assistant. I find working with special needs athletes both rewarding and challenging and always enjoy a worthwhile challenge.
