(Note: In the state of Minnesota kids can play sports in high school in 7th grade if they meet the time criteria. Therefore 2014 and 2015 was my 7th and 8th grade years where I competed for the high school) In addition, I am a synchronized swimmer and have been competing Varsity since 7th grade. In 2017 I placed 6th out of 107 athletes for figures and 5th in my trio routine. I received All Academic for having over a 3.6 GPA.
In 2018 I joined the Olympic Weightlifting team.
I want to represent the college and the community I live in and most of all belong to a team.
I am in a Leadership position as Vice-President of National Business Honor Society at my high school. As a leader of this society I have represented the club and recruited new members from my high school. In addition, I am a Captain for my high school swim team. I led the team to an 9-0 victory.
I believe it is important to cheer everyone on in athletics. Not everyone is the best and not everyone can be the best. I have learned to win and lose through sport. I am a wonderful swimmer, synchronized swimmer and I am currently rowing with the Twin Cities Youth Rowing Club.
I am an ambassador Queen for Scott County-Prior Lake. I volunteer within my local community at Feed My Starving Children, Simon Says Give, The Salvation Army, We3Beasties, The Pink Event, YMCA, and several other non-profit organizations. I love my community and I want it to be a wonderful place for everyone to live.
