Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I knew at a young age that I wanted to play baseball at the next level. I have spent hours training and playing games developing my skills in hopes to get recruited by a team to play college baseball. My mother being a teacher has really pushed me to be the best student that I can. Playing college baseball is the dream I have been working toward for years and I work hard everyday in hopes of making that come true.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I believe in order to play at a high level strength training and a proper diet are a must. My goal for the offseason is to put on 10 lbs. of muscle while trying to better my 60 time. In order to do this I am currently doing low reps and heavy weight in the weight room spending anywhere from 1.5-2 hours a day.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I have volunteered with the Special Olympics at my high school for 3 years. Helping other is what life is all about. I love how sports bring people from all walks of life together. Seeing the effort and passion coming from those who are less fortunate is very motivating and pushes me to take advantage of the opportunities I have been given in life.
