Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I cannot remember a time where football did not matter. I’ve been playing football since I was 7 years old. My love for the game is what motivates me. Playing football is something I visually see myself doing past high school. If given the opportunity to play football during college , while pursuing my degree in Business Communications or Civil Engineer will be something you will not regret.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

Being a role model for others on and off the field is something I strive to do on a daily basis. Making an impact on others and leaving my mark in life is a lifelong goal of mine, which I know I will achieve I show my leadership by my hard work and dedication, not only on the field, but also in the classroom. I have always pushed myself to be the best student I know I can be. I graduated 8th grade with academic honors and currently a 3.5 average student, but I am determined to be a 4.0 or above student by the end of this year This is way I can show my peers that you can set your own limits in life and to never settle.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I work hard during football season, but during the off-season I work even harder to ensure I stay in shape and ready for the upcoming season. I go to the gym ,researching different ways to improve my game, asking for help when needed and listening to advise when given, watching what I eat and also doing group workouts with other football players on my team. I always push myself mentality and physically to be the best student-athlete I can be. By staying dedicated to excelling in the classroom and by staying motivated on the field I believe I'm well on my way.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I currently help with the younger youth at my church . We organize events and projects they can do every week. This is something I love to do because I love to make a positive impact in other people life. Seeing the children smile and learn is a great thing to see. Anytime I can help with my church to pass out food or to collect clothing for others I volunteer. In the pass I've helped the youth football team by assisting with the stocking and buying items for the consession stand for our home game.
