5 x 10' / 5' rest (Threshold)

This is my best interval workout from this season and gives a better sense of my physiological profile. The rates for this were supposed to be 22 (4’) 24 (3’) 26 (2’) 28 (1’) on the first and third intervals and then starting 2 beats higher on the rest. My heart rate was around 175-190 bpm for the majority of the workout.
