Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

I want to be recruited to play college soccer because I want to take my level of playing to the next level. Soccer has always been a major part of my life and I want it to continue to be a part of my life. I love the unity and bond college teams share and I would like to experience that. Playing college soccer has always been a goal for me for a long time and I want to achieve my goal of that.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

I've ran for a student council position for 4 years and have been selected to serve two of the four years, seventh and ninth grade. I continue to volunteer at school events, even when I am not apart of the student council.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

I play soccer year-round and I try to go on runs as much as possible to stay in shape and do workouts on my own time. I also sometimes participate in local charity runs and walks, when my soccer schedule allows.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.

I attend a local church and participate in events my church takes part in such as community outreach days and events. Giving back to the community is important to me because not everyone is as fortunate as I am and it gives me an opportunity to meet new people and learn more about my community. I love volunteering and giving back to the community is a great way to do so. On days I don't have school or days I have an early dismissal, I sometimes go and help out my old elementary and preschool teachers and volunteer in their classrooms.
